Inga is a life loving, feminine, positive, energetic artist who is the city’s patriot to her core. I met up with Inga in Liepaja at the Northern Breakwaters , to get to know her and her brand better. Why does Inga associate herself with the sea,but labels Liepajas as Paradise, keep reading in this interview.
Inga, please tell us who are you?
I am a dreamer and lover of life. I am a workaholic who always gets into funny and unusual situations.
What are your values?
Love and freedom. It has it all.
Inga, please tell us about your brand. First, what is it that you do and what is it that you create?
The brand Bee More is a story about beautiful furniture and beautiful costumes. These are handmade benches and chairs from natural wood with weaved velvet linen and satin padding. These are headboards, wall decors and also mirror frames at the moment. But as my head is full of new ideas, I will soon be completing the product range with new offers!
The Bee More brand is also about feminine costumes, which make any woman feel feminine, special at home as well as in public. Lace velvet and satin- I have chosen exactly these materials to create Bee More costumes. Bee More is my biggest passion, hobby and work at the same time.

How did you get there, how did you find your way?
The brand Bee More was first created in 2014 with an aim to create maternity underwear. Unfortunately, this idea did not come to true and the brand Bee More was kind of abandoned with the thought of maybe one day…
In 2020, during the lock down I sowed a beautiful bed cover and several cushions, which had to be placed somewhere before going to bed. I started to search for a bedroom bench. Whatever I found in the shops did not resonate with me and I decided to try and make the bench myself (well, the carpenter made wooden frame, but I did the rest).
So, I did. I was so pleased with the outcome that I shared an image of my handmade bench on social media. Out of nowhere, I started to receive many orders. I was really surprised and although it was a challenge for me too, I was gladly welcoming it with open arms. That was the beginning of Bee More bench story.
What is your brand about? What does it mean to you?
My brand is about beauty and quality. Each bench is handmade, which is made with lots of love. I am really grateful for someone up there, that I can do exactly what I like. That I can create a product which people enjoy. My driving force is to create beauty. I love what I do and for me it means more love, more freedom, more joy and a fulfilling life!
What is your story like about Liepaja?
I was born and grew up in Liepaja. I would give Liepaja a second name- Paradise. That is exactly how I feel here. I am proud to be from Liepaja and that my product is made in Liepaja. Just like me.

I definitely associate myself with the sea. In childhood we went to the beach each day during the summertime and I could not possibly imagine that there are places with no beach at all. I remember visiting Cesis when I was 5. In the morning, I said to my parents that we could go to the beach, but they told me that there is no beach here. I remember the disbelief even today. What do you mean there is no beach? I had a feeling as if I was told that Cesis did not have a sky. I thought to myself at that moment: “ Poor you, how can you live without the sea?” I thought that the sea has to be everywhere, just the same as the sky and the earth.
I adore early morning swims in the sea and evening strolls. I adore the sea in all seasons and I take any opportunity to be at the seaside.
And in conclusion, what would you wish all guests visiting Liepaja?
Take a walk to the beach. You will be able to get unlimited amount of happiness’s hormone free of charge! Follow your intuition. Love your life and life will respond with the same!
