Liepaja is a place where those who wish to polish their talent live and create valuable things, experiences and an environment that they are proud of. We would like to tell you their story.

Hey, we are Kristine and Gatis. We are the creators of Greenspot brand

We are both, of course, from Liepaja, and we are extremely proud of this. We love our city. We consider it to be one of the most beautiful cities in Latvia and a great place to start a family. Liepaja is not a big city, but it has the heart and soul, vision and opportunities of one. It is a fantastic place for children to grow up in.

Our work and our people

We have been a team for 20 years and during this time we collectively have accumulated 5 children, 2 short-term rentals and a creative photo studio here in Liepaja. We have generated and completed various projects and as a result, many new contacts have been established. We would dare to say that a friendship bond has developed from the get-go with all newly met people. And do you know why? Because we share common values, vision, a kind and loving attitude and a respect for our environment and people in it. But most important is the ability to love and respect to oneself, willingness to grow and develop oneself and carry your own, Liepaja’s and Latvia’s names with pride.

All places created by us or so called ‘spots’ are bonded by the same values. The Greenspot brand is about bonding the old with the new, using ecological materials, quality, attention to detail and unusual solutions.

Greenspot Apartment

The Greenspot apartment is located in the Old Town of Liepaja, on Uliha Street. This location is our family’s favourite. It offers easy access to the beach, the Northern Breakwaters, the port and city centre, restaurants and shops. The apartment is 84m2 and furnished in a combination of retro and modern styles, using natural materials. It has many indoor plants to give you a homely feeling.

Greenspot Liepaja

The upcoming rental is 35m2 and is a small mansard type apartment with a big potential. It is located in a romantic wooden building, one of the city’s architectural treasures in the Old Town of Liepaja, on Uliha street. It will be similar to the current Greenspot, preserving all its authenticity but making it modern, completing with furnishings made in Liepaja.

Photospot Studio

The Photospot is a studio, however, the main function is a professional photo studio. It can be adjusted and used as a multifunctional place, where those living in the city, as well as guests of the city, can organise events, celebrate birthdays, and hold gatherings and meetings. The studio is currently being updated and more information is to follow.
