The Greenspot apartment is located in the old town of Liepaja – a charming location, as everything is reached within a short walking distance – the beach, the Northern Breakwater, the port, Liepaja’s seaside park, the city centre, restaurants, cafes, bars and grocery stores. For us, the locals, this is our favourite neighbourhood.
The first Greenspot apartment is a project we completed during the Covid pandemic – we renovated, decorated and created the visual presentation – all the work done by ourselves.
Countless hours were spent demolishing the walls, plastering the walls, cleaning the bricks, renovating the old timber, painting, and searching for interior design details so that it wouldn’t only carry the practical function but would also make it look original and special. Searched for all the kitchen equipment for several months because it is unique and beautiful – a retro-style induction cooktop with the same style oven and extractor fan.
We thought of each detail and nuance and put in good attention to detail on how to make each corner of the apartment more special. And we keep improving so that our guests feel even more comfortable and cozy.
Our apartment has been visited by guests from all over the world, and we are grateful that they recommend our accommodation in Liepaja to their friends, relatives, and colleagues. We are pleased that our guests appreciate cosiness, comfort and pleasant communication with us.
