Online store’s Distance contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store, Kristīne Tīda, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement: The Seller agrees to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer and to provide services in accordance with the Buyer's order.
The Distance Contract applies only to the goods and services purchased on this website www.greenspots.lv. If a user of the website is redirected to another external website and makes payment for the purchase of goods or services there, the terms established by the domain holder of that website will apply. Order and payment procedure
The Buyer places an order for goods through this website by specifying the type of goods or services to be purchased. The Buyer has the option to make payment for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller, which is sent to the Buyer via email in accordance with the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
Delivery
The Seller ensures the shipment of goods within 3 days of receiving payment for the goods. Delivery of goods is carried out using the Omniva and DPD Latvia parcel delivery services. Delivery of goods is possible only within the territory of Latvia. The delivery of goods is carried out according to the price list and delivery timelines of the service provider."
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the Buyer a withdrawal letter template via email upon request, by writing to [email protected].
The Buyer is obligated to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses related to the return of the goods to the Seller are to be covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the ordered goods have been made specifically for the Buyer according to a custom order.
The sixth part of Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that 'the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the exercise of the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in the case of:
- the goods are damaged due to careless handling during use or failure to follow the instructions,
- the original packaging of the goods is lost or if the packaging is significantly damaged.
Data Processing
By entering the necessary information to place an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used for the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with legal requirements. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of their order will be sent to the specified email address.

The order and procedure of resolving a dispute
The Buyer must inform the Seller of any non-conformity of the goods immediately, no later than 1 month after its discovery. The Buyer must submit a complaint by sending an email to [email protected]. Furthermore, any objections regarding the ordered service, if they arise, must be expressed immediately at the moment of receiving the service.
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller agree to comply with the laws in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Parties) through mutual negotiation or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia, in accordance with Latvian laws.
